Owned and operated by Latasha Harris, the micro-academy emphasizes integrity, reliability, and a passion for fostering young minds. With over 22 years of experience spanning home programs, lead teaching, and institutional directorship, Latasha is deeply dedicated to nurturing child development. She brings an unwavering commitment to educational excellence while strictly adhering to all State of Virginia licensing regulations.
At Creative Minds Learning Academy, every child is recognized as unique and full of potential. The center is designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love for lifelong learning. By combining structured activities with opportunities for exploration, Creative Minds nurtures children’s critical thinking, problem-solving, and social skills, providing a foundation for their success.
The owners journey into education began as a military wife, moving frequently and finding creative ways to support her own children’s development. Her experiences inspired a deeper passion for cultivating meaningful learning opportunities for all children. With guidance from mentors in the field of education, she transformed her vision into a thriving center focused on child development.
Today, Creative Minds Learning Academy is proud to offer a dynamic, family-oriented environment that encourages children to dream big and achieve their goals. Retired from military life, Latasha is excited to focus her energy on shaping the next generation of thinkers, creators, and leaders in the Chantilly community.
